The terms that apply to this website — what it is, what it is not, and how its content should be read.
This document is placeholder content prepared for the website build. It has not been reviewed or approved by Payaura's legal advisers and must not be relied upon as published policy. Clauses that require a client or legal decision are marked below.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Payaura corporate website. By using the site, you accept them. They do not create any commercial relationship between you and Payaura, and they do not apply to any future Payaura application or service, which will carry its own terms.
What this website is
This website is an informational corporate and product site. It describes a technology platform that is being built, and it lets you send an enquiry.
It is not the Payaura platform, the Payaura API, a merchant dashboard, an administrative console, or any other transactional system. No payment, payout or verification can be initiated here.
No offer of financial services
Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or provision of any financial service or product. Payaura is a technology and payment orchestration platform. It is not a bank, an NBFC, a payment aggregator, a payment service provider or any other licensed financial institution, and it does not hold any regulatory authorisation it has not expressly published. Capabilities described on this site are within the scope of a platform being built, and are intended to be delivered through integrated service providers under those providers' own terms and authorisations.
No content on this site should be read as investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
No assurance of earnings or appointment
Descriptions of capabilities, integrations and partnership opportunities are descriptions of intent only. They are not a commitment to provide any capability, a guarantee of onboarding or appointment as a partner, or a commitment to any particular commercial terms. Submitting an enquiry does not make you a Payaura customer or partner.
